Kiplinger's Personal Finance has announced its list of the 100 Best Values in Public Colleges for 2011, ranking the 100 schools that exemplify excellent academics while keeping their in-state and out-of-state costs to a minimum.
Kiplinger's has chosen these five public institutions from Pennsylvania: University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh campus, No. 28; Penn State University, University Park campus, No. 44; West Chester University of Pennsylvania, West Chester, No. 71; Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, Bloomsburg, No. 88; Temple University, Philadelphia, No. 94; and Millersville University of Pennsylvania, Millersville, No. 99.
