MBA Job Opening: Chief Business Management Division

The International Computing Center (ICC) is based in Geneva, and provides information and communication technology services to the United Nations and its specialized agencies.
The ICC is recruiting a manager for its Business and Management Division (BMD), which is composed of the finance and procurement section and the customer relationship management section. The division is also responsible for quality assurance, information security, and training coordination.
Duties: The BMD manager will coordinate the division's activities, actively promotes continuous improvement of client satisfaction, and ensure the financial wellbeing of the centre.
The BMD manager will also assist or advise the Director with regards to, inter alia, developing the centre's strategy and work programme, and will report on finance and procurement activities.
Qualifications and Experience: University degree in computer information science, mathematics or related fields. Post graduate degree in management will be an asset. At least 15 years of experience in the provision of IT services with 10 or more years of experience at an international level. Knowledge of financial and procurement processes. Excellent knowledge of English and working knowledge of French are required.
