MBA Job Opening: Human Resources Manager with The World Bank

The Compensation, Benefits and Insurance Management Unit is a key instrument in supporting the business strategy of the World Bank by offering competitive pay and benefits programs in an increasingly globalizing labor market.
The Manager leads the team entrusted with policy design, evaluation and development of salary , benefits, and insurance programs. Responsibilities include reporting and advising senior management, Board, and other key stake holders; and corporate oversight of program implementation.
Duties and Accountabilities:
1. Develop compensations and benefits that attract, motivate, and retain a world-class cadre of top quality development professionals.
2. Provide strategic advice on implementation and communication of compensation and benefits programs.
3. Manage the unit to ensure high quality performance.
