Should I get my MBA?

I have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. I've been working full time eversince I graduated back in 2001. I could advance easily in my compagny, especially if I get an MBA. My compagny is willing to help me with tuition and other costs. But they want me first to change my employment status from full-time to part-time so that I can go to school full-time for 2 years. I'm married now and I have bills. What should I do? Your comments/suggestions are welcomed.
